LAB Research announced last July 26 that it concludes an agreement with a major Japanese pharmaceutical company.
LAB Research in Laval will provide particular expertise in general toxicology, herbal, metabolism and pharmacology safety.
The company relies heavily on establishing close links with major pharmaceutical companies worldwide to ensure the growth of its activities.
In 2009, the LAVAL TECHNOPOLE International Business Centre helped the contract research organization to obtain funding for $200,000 from Canada Economic Development for the market development of Australasia, which includes Japan.
Canadian and Hungarian sites are now in the process of adding technical and scientific resources to support the increasing activity from the expansion of the pharmaceutical clients. The increase of 15% of staff also confirms the permanent increase in the level of use of sites following the capacity expansion completed last year. |
